Shipping and Returns

If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 5 business days FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIVING YOUR ITEM IN THE MAIL. For a size exchange, exchange for another item, or an in-store credit that can be used at a later date. Store-credits expire in 30 days.
Tags must still be attached to the item and receipt must be present.
Shoes must be returned in the original box unworn. If there is any evidence of wear on the bottom of the shoe, they will not be accepted for return.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Gift cards, accessories, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, swimwear, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
If an item you receive is damaged or there are any problems with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving the item. Tags must still be attached and receipt must be present.
Shipping costs will not be refunded or applied to the exchange or in-store credit of the return. If you wish to do an exchange, the customer must cover the shipping cost for the return and to have the new item sent back to them. IF YOU GOT FREE SHIPPING, SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR IN STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE AMOUNT.
Monogram items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
We are not responsible if you list your initials in the wrong order when placing a monogram order. Instructions on how to place your monogram are clearly listed under each monogram product. No changes can be made to the monogram order once it is placed.
All items on sale and all clearance items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Bundle boxes are non refundable or exchangeable.
We are not responsible for items that have been washed or worn.
We are not responsible if you order the wrong size in your items.
All swimwear or seasonal clothing items are final sale.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipping process. Packages are sent to the address that the customer enters. We are not responsible if you enter the incorrect shipping address. We are not responsible for your package if you choose shipping with no insurance. Once our packages are dropped off/picked up by usps we are no longer responsible. Orders over $75 automatically ship two day priority mail with insurance.
No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Please allow 1-2 days for all orders to ship out. 3-5 days on monogram/custom items plus shipping time.
In store pick up:
If you select in store pick up for your shipping option on an in stock item, your item is ready for pick up within one hour. If you order a custom item, please let us call you that your order is complete before picking up. Once selecting this shipping option, it can not be changed. When coming to pick up, you must have an order number to pick up your items, AS WELL AS A DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS.
After your pick up notification, you have 30 business days to pick up your items. After this time period, your items will be donated. No exceptions. No refunds will be given.
After 5 business days from the date of purchase, all items purchased OR pick up notification all in-store pick up are NON EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
